The Magnolia Collection
As a woman, I always found it curious that I never had a favorite flower, unlike many of the women I knew. While I’ve always appreciated the beauty and significance that flowers bring to our world, I could never quite answer the question of which one I loved most. However, as I began to reflect on this and spent time browsing through images of vibrant, exquisite blooms, I noticed that every time I came across a Magnolia, I felt a subtle yet sweet tug at my heart.
In reflecting on this feeling, I recalled numerous moments in my life where I would even pull over my car just to admire a Magnolia tree in bloom by the roadside in spring. Until recently, I hadn’t fully realized the deep admiration and love I held for this remarkable flower.
As I delved further into learning about Magnolias, I was captivated by the fascinating history of this extraordinary tree. The Magnolia is among the oldest flowering plants on Earth, dating back to the time of the dinosaurs, long before bees existed. In those ancient times, Magnolias relied on beetles for pollination—a testament to their enduring adaptability.
With this in mind, it became clear why the Magnolia is often associated with persistence, resilience, and strength. It embodies purity, softness, and yet undeniable fortitude. It radiates joy and majesty, symbolizing positivity, hope, and leadership—qualities that have enabled it to thrive through the ages.
Let these paintings invite You to pause, reflect, and connect with the strength and elegance You carry within—just as the Magnolia quietly endures and flourishes.
