Refund policy

We stand behind everything we sell.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days upon received.
Shipping fees are not covered.​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.​

Please send an e-mail to mail@shuecane.com informing us about why you decided to return your item.

Shipping 

You will then be emailed the address to which to send your items.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
